The Ad Hoc Tick Borne Disease Action Committee held a meeting on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at the Newtown Senior Center, 14 Riverside Road, Sandy Hook, CT
Present: Mark Alexander, Kirk Blanchard, Neil Chaudhary, David Delia, Mary Gaudet-Wilson, Robert Grossman, Kim Harrison, Peter Licht, Michele McLeod, George Miller, and Maggie Shaw; Also Present: Pat Boily and David Shugarts. Also Present: E. Patricia Llodra, First Selectman.
Executive Session – Committee Personnel
Dr. Grossman motioned to go into Executive Session at 7:00 p.m. Motion seconded by (?) . Those in attendance: E. Approve Minutes of October 20th and November 17th 2010 Meetings
Mr. Blanchard motioned to approve the minutes of October 20, 2010. Dr. McLeod seconded the motion. Lynn Gorfinkle’s name was incorrect. The minutes were approved as amended.
Dr. McLeod motioned to approve the minutes of November 17, 2010. Mr. Alexander seconded the motion. The minutes were approved as written.
Mr. Chaudhary left after the approval of the minutes.

Final Report:
Town Management Strategies and Additional Recommendations for Deer Section were tabled.
Timeline for Completing the Final Report and Appendices
The committee will work on getting through the Town report and speaker summaries in the remaining meetings in December and will meet after the New Year to compile the final report. Dr. Licht suggested every member be able to provide a short and concise personal statement at the end of the report.
